Is crm2crm really free for Ln2CRM Pro and Enterprise users?
Yes. Each organization owner on a Pro or Enterprise Ln2CRM plan can activate one Starter seat on crm2crm at no additional cost. Activation takes a couple of clicks from your Ln2CRM account page.
What gets migrated from Pipedrive, exactly?
Pipelines and their stages, all custom field schemas, persons (with multi-email and multi-phone), organizations, deals (value, currency, weighted value, stage, won/lost time), notes (with their pinning state), and activities (tasks, calls, emails, meetings, with type and due date). All custom field values are mapped through the schema migration step.
How long does migration take?
Pipedrive limits API calls to ~80 requests every 2 seconds, so timing scales with your dataset. A workspace of ~10,000 deals usually finishes in 20–40 minutes. The job runs in the background — close the tab and come back later, the progress is durable.
Will running migration twice duplicate data?
No. Every Pipedrive ID we import is recorded in a mapping table. Re-running the job updates existing records instead of creating new ones — safe to re-trigger if you imported a snapshot and want to refresh.
Can I try migration on a small slice before committing?
Yes — use Test mode. It pulls the 10 newest deals plus only their related persons, organizations, notes, and activities. The slice is referentially intact (every deal has its company, every note has its deal), so you can see how the data looks in crm2crm before running the full sync.
Does crm2crm work without Ln2CRM?
Technically yes — it's a full standalone CRM. But during this preview period, we only offer it bundled with Ln2CRM Pro/Enterprise. Standalone pricing is on the roadmap.
Where does my data live?
On EU infrastructure (Hetzner Helsinki), in an isolated workspace tied to your Ln2CRM organization. Backups are automated. Any OAuth tokens and LLM API keys you connect are AES-GCM encrypted at rest.
Do AI features cost extra?
No per-call fee from us. You bring your own LLM key (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Groq) and pay the provider directly at their list price — no markup, no resale margin. A workspace admin can also share one key for everyone instead of each user adding their own.
What does the Claude Desktop / MCP integration actually let me do?
Paste your CRM API key into Claude Desktop's MCP config (snippet provided in Settings → Integrations) and you can ask Claude things like "show overdue tasks of mine", "find Org Acme and run an AI Overview", "mark activity #2082 done", "move deal Parler to Negotiations". 28 tools cover most read & write actions — persons, deals, organizations, activities, inbox, notes, custom fields, lead scoring.
How does AI lead scoring work?
Pure Python math against a workspace rubric you control (ICP fit, timing & intent, reachability, red flags). The LLM only writes a 2–3 sentence human-readable reason — it never picks the number. Means the same lead always gets the same score, and you can audit which criteria fired. Includes built-in red-flag heuristics for job-seekers ("open to work"), freelancers, and entry-level titles, plus a competitor cap (admins configure keywords → competitor leads hard-capped at score ≤ 30).
What if I want to leave?
Export everything via the API or as a CSV at any time, then delete your workspace from Settings → Trash → Purge. We do not lock data in.
